HIT logistic capabilities

HIT runs "Load & Unload" as their business model. Their cranes can serve 30 containers in an hour. Most of the ships only stay at the port for around 1 day since this is an industry which focuses on mobility. The advantages of HIT is that the port here is a deep water harbor and lots of large scale ships with tons of cargo can stop by and drop off, also as a commercial free port, cargo does not have to go through the examination process. The port that HIT is currently sitting in is the 4th largest port in the world, right after Shanghai, Singapore, and Shen Zhen. In 2014, 23 million TEU were being served, which was about 28% of the total TEUs in the world that year. However, there is still some limitation for HIT, since all the terminals are already fully utilized and the Government is not going to build the 10th Terminal in a short period of time and this limits the improvement of HIT and gives time for other ports in the world to catch up with.
